Institutions

Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer at Ziij. I lead product for Nawah, an operating system for schools and universities, and Lakhsly, an AI study companion — and deliver Odoo ERP implementations as an official partner.
System view
Most vendors own one layer and blame the others when something breaks. I work across all four — which is why the handoffs between them stop being where projects die.
Universities, K-12 schools, and enterprises — the people who carry the operational risk.
Nawah and Lakhsly — what leadership, teachers, and students actually open every day.
LLM copilots, analytics, and reporting built inside the workflow rather than bolted on beside it.
Odoo ERP, data migration, and integrations — the layer everything above depends on.
Approach
Most systems fail on the parts nobody scoped: the exception, the legacy file, the department that refuses to change its process. I plan for those before writing a line of configuration.
Every engagement starts with how the institution actually works today, not how the software wants it to work. The gap between those two is the entire project.
If IT can't open an API, the answer is a secure batch pipeline, not manual data entry. There is always a path to zero re-typing.
A launched module nobody opens is a failed project. I set KPIs on usage and outcomes, then keep iterating until the numbers move.

One built for the institution and the people who answer to a board. One built for the student sitting with a PDF the night before an exam.
